Purchasing and Shipping
Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day. Normally we ship all orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time takes approximately 5-10 days depending on the shipping address.
Express delivery takes approximately 1-3 days.
After placing an order the account will automatically be generated. The login details will be sent to your email address.
You can also create an account from Account page.
You need to log in to your account from Account page and click addresses. There you can change the shipping address.
Go to Track page and enter the tracking number that you’ve received on the provided email address.
From there you can check the status and location of your order.
When it comes to customs taxes we got you covered.
Since having multiple warehouse locations, customers from the United States, Europe and Asia won’t have to pay any taxes.
If you are located in a country outside of our range we can help you to lower that tax and even take it close to $0.
After placing an order just contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying that you need lower custom tax.
All of our machines come with a power supply (PSU) included.
When placing an order you can choose the voltage of the PSU (110V/120V or 210V/220V).

If you order at least 3 units from the same model of miner a bulk discount will automatically be applied in your cart.

Returns and Refunds
We offer free returns and instant refunds for payments made via BTCPay merchant.
If the machine arrives damaged or has a malfunction you have a 30 days period that you can return / exchange the product.
If for any reason you changed your mind and don’t want the product(s) anymore we offer free returns within 30 days from shipping the order.
In case it may happen to receive the wrong product(s), no worries! We will reship the correct order to you free of charge.
In case that your order arrived damaged, we got you covered.
We offer insurance in case of damage for all shipped orders, so in case that one or more machines arrive damaged just contact us and we will replace it asap.
In case you wish to make a return you should contact our logistics department.
